We provide well child care for pediatric patients of all ages and young adults through college. We also provide ongoing care for subacute and chronic conditions.
During well child check-ups, we monitor growth and development, address health-related questions, and provide a framework for providing immunizations to protect children from serious infectious disease.

We offer same-day appointments for ill patients (including evenings, weekends and holidays on an as-needed basis). We also provide procedural services such as simple laceration repair (gluing or suturing) and foreign body removal, as well as some minor orthopedic injury care.
Please understand that you or your child will not always leave the appointment with a prescription for a medication as we take very seriously our duty to prescribe judiciously, in particular with reference to antibiotics.
Immunizations are an integral part of our children's and population's health. With the addition of each new immunization there has been a measurable and marked improvement in the health of our children.
Most vaccines administered in our office are provided by the Vermont Department of Health.
We admit exclusively to UVMMC where we have hospital privileges. Admitting our own patients helps to provide continuity of care.
We provide in-hospital care of term and late preterm newborns as well as care of patients needing admission to the hospital (other than those needing care in the Intensive Care Unit).

Though counseling services are not available in office, we maintain relationships with and refer to pediatric-trained therapists in the surrounding region.
Streptococcal testing, urinalysis, tuberculosis testing provided on site. In certain situations, we obtain samples to be submitted to UVMMC lab.
